2. You send us clear photographs of yourself in electronic format, i.e. via email 
3. Our artists study the photographs to understand facial characteristics, features and expressions

5. You pay, and we proceed with painting your unique portrait
6. We send you a photograph of your finished painting on email
7. Once you approve the same, we ship the painting minus the frame in a scroll pack to your doorstep.
